The Yuyan cold room panel feature robust construction with two layers of corrosion-resistant pre-painted galvanized steel sheet (PPGI), SUS 304/316 or Aluminum Embossed Stucco Sheet, encapsulating a core of high pressure injected, single-application PIR (Polyisocyanurate) or PU (Polyurethane) foam. This created a high-strength insulation panel with superior thermal performance.

The interlocking tongue-and-groove system at the joints acts as a thermal break, ensuring sustained interior low temperature and reducing energy consumption, which in turn lowers operational cost significantly. Additionally, we offer another type of manually foam cam lock sandwich panel, which incorporates durable zinc-coated cam locks embedded within. The density of PU & PIR can reach 40-42kgs/M3 and with customer’s options available exceeding 45kgs/M3 to meet higher standards.

Surface Option of Yuyan Cold Room Panels

Yuyan cold room panels are available in three surface styles: flat, large ribbed and small corrugated. The standard surface material is pre-pained high-galvanized steel sheet, with thickness options including 0.4mm up to 1.0mm.

You can also select SUS 304/316 or Aluminum Embossed Stucco Sheet for the surface of Yuyan cold room panels and all materials are waterproof, corrosion-resistant and made of lightweight materials with a long service life.
